Apple Pudding

Recipe is from Jean.

1 cup sugar
¼ cup soft butter
1 egg
2 cups shredded apples
½ cup chopped nuts
1 cup sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp salt

Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat hard, add shredded apple. Stir in sifted dry ingredients, add walnuts. Mix well. Bake in greased pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
