1 large Hershey bar with almonds
1 egg yolk
1 cup cream, whipped
1 egg white, beaten separately
Melt Hershey bar in double boiler. Add egg yolk to chocolate. When chocolate mixture is cold but not set yet, add whipped cream and beaten egg white. Good on angel food cake.
