Spanish Pork Chops

Recipe is from Mazie.

4 large pork chops (1-inch thick)
4 slices onion
4 TB catsup
½ cup vinegar

Place chops in shallow pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place a slice of onion on each chop. Top with catsup. Pour vinegar around chops and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Bake uncovered.
