Rhubarb Pie

Recipe is from Jean Haws.

1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 TB flour
4 cups rhubarb

Combine sugar, eggs, flour, and rhubarb. Put tapioca on the bottom crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375 and bake 30 minutes.
